| 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup melted butter 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 2 cups flour |
2 tsps. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 cups blueberries |
Combine sugar, butter, and egg. Beat with an electric mixer until evenly mixed. Add the milk gradually. Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add these dry ingredients to the sugar mixture and blend until evenly mixed. Fold in the blueberries and spread the mixture in a greased 9-inch baking pan. Top with the following mixture: 1/2 cup sugar Bake at 375' for approximately 45 minutes or until done. | |
