dash dry mustard 1/4 c. - olive oil 2 tbsp. - parmesean cheese romaine lettuce 3 addtl. tbsp. - parmesean cheese coutons |
| To coddle egg: put egg in small bowl,
cover with boiling water, and let sit for 4 - 5 minutes. Pepper a large wooden bowl. Add the garlic and anchovies, and blend with a fork. Add egg, lemon, Tabasco, worcestershire, mustard, and 2 tbsp. parmesean cheese. Mix well, while adding olive oil. Add the romaine lettuce, croutons, and the rest of the parmesean cheese. Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle with extra ground pepper if desired. |
