MAPLE WALNUT DRESSING
3 cups - mayo
1 cup - walnut oil
3/4 cup - maple syrup
2 tsp. - celery seed
2 tsp. - Dijon mustard
2 tsp. - dry mustard
4 - scallions, chopped
1+ cup - chopped English walnuts
Whipping cream to thin to right consistency
Blend ingredients together, adding cream to thin to your desired consistency (makes 3 pints).
