Dining Areas

The former fine-dining restaurant which has seating for 70 guests,  is located on the back of the inn with two main dining areas facing the amazing views of Mt. Washington outside, with our cozy seating inside. The dining room is adjacent to the pub and leads to our outdoor sitting area and fire pit.  Enjoy the panoramic views while sitting fire sidge.  Plates, flatware, glassware are provided for your guests.

The 1785 Pub

Enjoy exclusive use of your own private pub and the former popular gathering spot for cookie tours, chocolate festivals and guests for generations. The bar is stocked with all the essentials you will need for your stay: wine glasses, martini shakers, pub glasses, beer cooler, racks, 3 bowl sink, ice maker, coasters, smart HDTV, WiFI and his and hers baths. Gathering Areas and Outdoor space

Enjoy relaxing by one of our 4 indoor fireplaces or cook marshmellows and enjoy the view at our outdoor back patio and fire pit.  Play cards, board games, or piece a puzzle in one  of our 4 living rooms.  Kids can enjoy our game room set up with multiple HDTVs to plug in their gaming stations, or simply cozy up in one of the bean bags.

We have so much to do on property.  Enjoy summer days realaxing by the pool, hot tub and 5 acres with amazing views, yard games, shuffleboard, tennis courts and fire pit.  Take a stroll thru sprawling fields to a sandy beach on the Saco with views of Catherdral Ledge.  Hike, Snowshoeing & x-country skiing direclty out our front door on the 1785 Trail.

Bring in a personal Chef or prepare your own meals with complete use of our commercial kitchen.  Feel the character of this thriving former fine dining restaurant equipped with over 12 burners, 3 stoves, a large griddle, grill and all the utensils needed to make wonderful meals for larger groups.

  • Peak Weekends and Holidays may require 3 night Minimum Stay
  • Add 9% New Hampshire meals and rooms tax.
