We are pleased to announce that we are accepting exclusive reservations of the entire Inn to host your private function, boutique wedding, corporate retreat, family gathering or outing.
You will have full use of our expansive 5 acre property including large fields, private pool, hot tub, fire pit, cozy pub, dining room and commercial kitchen. Your stay includes 17 comfortable guest rooms and12 with private baths. Enjoy the back deck, patio large 5 plus acres yard. Relax with friends and family in any of our three gathering rooms, game room or pub. Play innkeeper during your stay, bring in your own chef, caterer and prepare your own meals. Walk or cross country ski the 1785 Trail which accesses nearby restaurants and Saco River.

1785 Inn, is a historic, classic country inn nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Formerly operated as both B&B and Fine Dining Restaurant. The Inn was well-known for its spectacular mountain views, cozy pub, friendly service, comfortable lodging rooms; tte restaurant for it’s delicious meals with waiters outfitted in tuxedo shirts and bow ties preparing Caesar salads and flambe dessert table-side.

Take a summer stroll to the sandy beach on the Saco River with views of Cathedral Ledge, Cross Country Ski on the 1785 Inn Trail, or take a short drive to many of the nearby Ski Mountains, adventure parks, Story Land, Santa’s Village, or shopping outlets
Relax and gather at the Inn fireside or in the Pub which has hosted many cookie and chocolate tours. Enjoy an afternoon by the swimming pool, play shuffleboard, or rent court time at the neighboring tennis club. Finish your day with a sunset in our adirondack chairs by the fire pit overlooking the award-winning view.
